Comprehensive performance & skill specific training for MLB Athletes
During off-season training, we analyze your game film, statistics, and performance metrics to see what can be improved to progress your career. Athletes will undergo evaluation of their Peak & Average Velocity, Bat Speed, Range of Motion, Stability, and Video Motion Analysis. From there, each athlete will follow their individualized performance regimen in the Atlet Training Lab and address mechanical inefficiencies with our baseball performance staff. Everything is catered towards improving Trackman metrics and on-field performance.

Every Summer and Winter we provide college baseball performance training. In the Summer, everything is geared towards building velocity, bat speed, and explosiveness. In the Winter, we gear towards game speed replication, pitching arsenal, spin rate, and improving swing mechanics and angle consistency. The training model is year round to prepare our athletes for their best performance in season.
While away for college, we offer remote training capability and will stay in touch with the recruitment process for those athletes looking to advance from a two-year to a four-year school / transfer. We want to make sure you are developing within your school's program and look to provide support for that continued development.

For high school football athletes, our training is balanced between in-season maintenance and off-season development. Every Winter & Summer we provide high school football performance training. Athletes will train with their peer group to address functional strength deficiencies, gain strength, improve speed & agility, and build rotational / plyometric power. Everything is geared towards maximizing their in season performance and advancing in their sport.
Everything at the high school level is designed to improve the athlete's on field performance and prepare them to play at the collegiate level. We help our high school athletes film recruitment videos, walk them through the recruitment process, and network them to out to college programs that align with their playing ability and academic preferences.

For youth baseball athletes, our training is balanced between private video based training and seasonal benchmark training clinics each winter and summer. Individual based training focuses heavily on video feedback and improving mechanics for throwing, hitting, catching, fielding, etc.
Youth clinics focus on measuring each athletes physical metrics - jump hang time, rotational force, throwing velocity, bat speed, 10-yrd laser time, etc. and taking update video on their throwing and swing mechanics. After each clinic, participants and parents receive a customized email of their player metrics, video motion analysis, and instructional drill videos to incorporate in their training to keep improving.
